Seminar Room
Our seminar room is truly one of the most versatile spaces in Charlotte. The room seats up to 40 people easily and we can configure the room in way you desire. Here it shown in a classroom style, most typically used for training sessions, large sales presentations or lunch & learns.
We can also custom arrange the tables to fit your specific needs. We often configure the room into a U-shape, as smaller group tables, or into a boardroom style long table.
The room is equipped with a “wall to wall” whiteboard, ceiling mounted projector, 100″ projection screen and six mounted speakers. It has everything you need for a successful seminar or presentation.
We will have the seminar room configured to your specifications and have your A/V needs ready to go before you even arrive. Our staff is second to none when it comes to making sure you have a successful event. You can rent the seminar room for a a full day at just $450 or by the hour for $125/hour.
Conference Rooms
At YourOffice-Ballantyne we have 2 conference rooms available for rent. Our interior conference room seat up to 6 people and is an ideal place for small team meetings, client meetings and brainstorming sessions. When you need a quiet place to have a productive meeting our Interior Conference Room is perfect. You can rent the Interior Conference Room for just $35/hour or $175 for the full day.
Our second conference room is the Exterior Conference Room. The Exterior Conference Room seats up to 5 people. We call it the Exterior Conference Room because one wall is adorned with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the plaza in the front of the building. It was wonderful natural light and views.
This room is fully equipped with a 52″ Hi-Definition wall mounted LCD display. It is perfect for PC inputs and Hi-Def video conferencing. If your meeting has a power point presentation or webinar element, the exterior conference room is where you should be. Pricing at just $50/hour or $200 for a full day makes this a great room for small client meetings, sales presentations and team meetings.

Boardroom
Our Boardroom is a comfortable venue ideal for executive meetings, sales presentations and large client meetings. Equipped with a large whiteboard, flat-screen TV ready for PC inputs and a conference phone, the Boardroom is ready to deliver. The high back leather chairs and large boardroom table make this room the perfect choice for when you want to impress. Priced at just $75/hour or $300 for a full day, you can make an impression without busting your budget.
