Keys to Success: Small Business Workshop (March 17, 2015)
Business tax laws and registering a business can also be a bit of a barrier if you’re not familiar with the process. The North Carolina Department of Revenue wants to help taxpayers learn the basic business requirements and become more familiar with the tax laws that are important to North Carolina’s small businesses.
The workshop will be held from 9:00am-11:30am at the NC Department of Revenue and will also provide information for businesses that may have fallen behind on any of their business tax requirements. Simple Steps for Starting Your Business #1 (March 17, 2015)
This three-hour evening seminar is held every month and is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs determine if their business is practical and to help develop a reasonable business plan. On March 17, the seminar will be held at Packard Place from 5:45pm until 9:00pm. Anyone interested in the basics of creating a business or marketing plan, getting financing, and other essentials to getting your startup off the ground should consider attending. Business Plan Fundamentals (March 23, 2015)
If you already have a basic understanding of what it takes to start or run a business but you’d like some more in-depth information on certain aspects, this is a great seminar option.
