If there is one event that you attend on New Year’s Eve, it’s Charlotte’s Uptown Celebration. Each year, thousands of people flock to Uptown to take part in the Queen City’s official New Year’s Eve celebration.
This family-friendly event is open to the public and will include a fireworks show at midnight, crafts, food, games, and live music.
New Year’s Eve 2017 at Rooftop 210

When: 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.

New Year’s Eve Great Gatsby Gala 2017

If you didn’t get to channel your inner Gatsby for Halloween, now is your chance! At Kandy Bar in Uptown, you can dress up in your upscale attire for a night out with friends at the NYE Great Gatsby Gala. Dance the night away listening to music by DJ Yona and finish strong with a champagne toast at midnight. You may have missed the early bird special, but you can still pay admission at the door!
