Running/Workout Stations –
Throughout the park there are a number of running trails, but perhaps the most popular is located at the Ballantyne Pond. If you’d like to keep track of your run then it doesn’t get any easier; 3.3 laps around the lake is a mile, and if you’d like to add a little workout to your run there’s a fit trail close by with 20 workout stations.
Corporate Park Events –
There are always events happening in and around the corporate park. Just last week there was a wellness fair in the Brixham Tent, with vendors from all around Charlotte. In addition to the vendors there was a pumpkin carving contest. There are always different types of events going on like fitness activities (yoga, pilates, zumba), and often times in the warmer months there will be live music.
Horseshoes-
Over by the event tent you will find places to sit down, relax and eat your lunch, but did you know there’s also a horseshoe pit? What better way to enjoy the Carolina sun than by challenging a co-worker to a friendly game of horseshoes.
Putting Green-
Want to work on your golf game during your lunch hour, but you don’t have the time to run to the driving range? Well, as they say; drive for show, putt for dough. Located in the Ballantyne Corporate Park is a massive putting where you can work on your short game. The best part is, during business hours putters and balls are provided for free. What a great way to spend a lunch break.
On the Green Deli-
Located right next to the putting green is the appropriately titled On the Green Deli. Enjoy a wide selection of breakfast and lunch items without ever having to leave the comforts of the park.
