Day Office:
The Day office can hold up to 3 people and costs either $25 an hour or $150 per day. It’s the perfect place when you require a small, professional place to get things done. It’s also good for a place to kill some time between important business meetings in the larger meeting rooms or out in the Charlotte area.
Interior Conference and Meeting Room:
This room is $35 an hour or $175 per day. It fits up to 6 people comfortably and is a great place for small team meetings. It’s also ideal for small brainstorming or planning sessions when your home office or a coffee shop just won’t cut it.
Exterior Conference and Meeting Room:
With the ability to seat up to 5 people comfortably this room is similar to the Interior Conference Room but is equipped to better accommodate client- focused meetings. The Exterior Conference Room costs either $50 an hour or $200 per day and is equipped with a 52” Hi-Def wall-mounted LCD display. Perfect for Hi-Def videoconferencing and great for small client meetings, sales presentations, or team meetings. This room also has excellent natural lighting making it a great place to impress clients.
Boardroom:
The Boardroom is a great option for those who need a bigger room to accommodate larger client meetings, executive meetings, or sales presentations. This room comfortably fits up to 12 people and costs $27 an hour or $300 for the day. If you’re looking to impress a larger group of clients or executives this is the perfect space.
Seminar Room:
Our largest room on the premises fits up to 40 people and is the best choice when it comes to larger gatherings such as training seminars and public speakers. At just $125 an hour or $450 for the day this room has a wall-to-wall whiteboard, a 100” projection screen, a ceiling mounted projector, and six wall-mounted speakers. This room can also be configured to accommodate whatever type of meeting your company may need.
